Privacy policy

The ET AI quotation system is an internal tool of ET EXPO for preparing exhibition booth quotations. Only invited or approved staff accounts can use it.

What we store

For each account: e-mail address, name, role and a salted password hash. For quotation work: the project files and drawings users upload and the quotations the system produces.

E-mail

The system sends e-mail only to account holders: sign-up verification codes, password-reset codes and account-approval notices. It uses Google's Gmail API with the single permission gmail.send (send e-mail). It cannot read, search or delete any mailbox, and Google user data is not shared, sold or used for advertising or AI training.

Retention and deletion

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Accounts and their data are kept while the account is in use; ask the administrator to delete an account.
